Solution for Troubleshooting Cartridge Recognition

• Verify that the cartridge that you are installing is compatible with your Printer.
• Verify that all packaging material has been removed (cartridge clip, sealing tape)
• Reinsert the cartridge several times in order to ensure a good connection is being made.
• Clean the contacts on the cartridge using distilled water, and a clean cotton cloth.
• Replace the cartridge through your Rhinotek representative
